Ticlid (Ticlopidine) is a medication used to prevent chances of stroke and is an anticoagulant). This is generally used in cases when aspirin has failed to work and may be recommended in case of coronary stent implants.

The medication works by blocking platelet counts from sticking together. It prevents them from forming harmful clots and boosts the blood flow in the body.


Common side effects of using Ticlid (Ticlopidine) includes - headache, diarrhea, upset stomach, pain or nausea, etc.
