Hydroquinone/Tretinoin/Mometasone Cream is a mixture of hydroquinone (a melanin synthesis inhibitor), tretinoin (a retinoid) and mometasone Furoate, recommended for the melasma, which is a chronic skin disorder characterized by facial pigmentation and blotchy which is caused by over production of melanin producing cells melanocytes . It results in rapid regeneration of the skin. It helps alleviate the risk of inflammation, dermatitis etc.
